This 60 min Vinyasa style yoga class incorporates hip opening poses and breathwork that help boost creativity, and release stagnation by tapping into the svadhisthana (sacral) chakra.
Please arrive at least 5 min early to get settled in before class starts promptly at 6:30 pm.
Parking: Limited Parking Spaces First Come First Serve - if all taken please park on the road (do not park on grass + don’t park others in.)
Charitable Impact: 10% of profits from this class will be donated to Duluth for Clean Water to support the effort to protect our lakes and rivers from Sulfide Mining.
